We now offer accommodations...STAY NEAT! Located 200 feet from the coffee shop, this large 4 bedroom house on water front is ideal for small or large groups looking to stay in Burnstown after an epic music show. Longer stays are also available, enjoy a summer vacation exploring the Madawaska river and the artisan village of Burnstown, or stay while enjoying the Calabogie Peaks and Calabogie Motorsports Park which are only 15 minutes away!

Our rates are $179 per night + $50 cleaning fee (for 2 people), each additional person is + $40 per night. Please email or call the shop for discounts on weekly rates. Check in times unless otherwise agreed upon at 3pm check in and 12pm check out.

Children 2 and under are free.

**REFUND POLICY**

A full refund will be provided if you cancel your reservation 21 days before your booked date. Cancellations after the 21 day (3 weeks) advance warning are subject to the below fee's.

20 days prior to booking - 85 % Refund

16 days prior to booking - 75% Refund

14 days prior to booking - 50% Refund

10 days prior to booking - 25% Refund

7 days or less prior to booking - 0% Refund
