Texas King

Texas King is an alternative rock band known for their energetic performances and blend of rock, indie, and pop influences.

In 2022, they released the EP Changes, featuring a mix of introspective lyrics and strong instrumentals.  This EP led to their signing with Known Accomplice and set the stage for their 2023 follow-up EP, Capsize. This EP marked a significant step in their growth, with tracks like the #4 Active Rock radio hit “Whatever You Break.”

Their new single, “Hook Me Up,” is from their upcoming album and explores the idea of reaching a crossroads in life. The band describes it as a conversation with oneself, recognizing the need for help and the importance of finding a source of energy to get through tough times.

Influenced by Kings of Leon and The Black Keys, Texas King has been touring and recording since 2014.  They’ve played major stages like Boots & Hearts, Hillside, Tall Pines, and Festival d’été de Québec, while touring across North America with bands like Big Wreck, Last Dinosaurs, and The Glorious Sons.

Texas King continues to move forward in the world of alternative rock with new music and performances on the horizon, building on their success and looking ahead to what’s next.
